With our state-of-the-art individual quick freezing (IQF) and pre-cooling devices, we freeze our products quickly, eliminating the risk of microbiological deterioration and preserving their taste as close to fresh as possible. “We offer our products for sale in 250gr packages.

Fast Frozen Stuffed Mussels

Ingredients: Black mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) (55%), rice (37%), sunflower oil (6%), salt, spices (contains celery), starch and sugar.

Allergenic Ingredients: Mollusks (black mussels) and celery are allergenic.

Origin: Turkey. Produced from mussels grown in mussel farms in Turkey.

Storage Conditions:

Can be stored in a deep freezer at -18°C until the expiration date. Expiration Date (STT), Freezing Date (DT), Batch Number (PN) are on the label.

Directions for Use:

FROZEN AND PRE-COOKED, MUST BE CONSUMED AFTER HEATING. MUSSELS SHOULD BE CONSUMED BY OPENING THE OUTER SHELL, THE SHELL PART IS NOT EDIBLE. DO NOT FREEZE AGAIN AFTER DEFROSTING.

HEATING METHODS

HEATING IN MICROWAVE OVEN

Remove the cardboard box and make 4-5 holes on the film. Put 1 glass of water and the package you made a hole in into the microwave. Heat for 3 minutes at medium heat setting (600 W). Your product is ready to eat, enjoy.

HEATING IN AIR FRYER

Put half a tea glass of water on the bottom of the air fryer or under the grill. After placing the mussels on the grill, heat them at 180-200° C, in steam or fish cooking mode for 5 minutes. Your product is ready to eat, enjoy.

HEATING IN A POT / PAN

Pour half a tea glass of water into the bottom of the pot or pan. After placing the mussels on the water, increase the heat and close the lid. You can consume the mussels after heating them for 5 minutes. Your product is ready to eat, enjoy.

HEATING IN A POT (BAIN-MAIRE METHOD)

Boil water in a deep pot. Place a perforated strainer deep enough so that the boiling water does not touch the product. Remove the products from their packaging and place them in the strainer and close the lid. After waiting for 3-5 minutes in the steam of the boiling water, carefully remove the product. Your product is ready to eat, enjoy.
